f you thought the only benefit of sex was, well, pleasure, here’s some news for you.Making love is good for adults. And making love regularly is even better! Not only does it help you sleep well, relieve stress and burn calories, there are several other reasons why you need to have sex more often.

Improves cardiovascular health

A recent study says that men who have sex more than twice a week, had a lesser risk of getting a heart attack than men who had sex less than once a month.

Relieves pain
If you’re using your headache as an excuse not to make love, stop doing it. Just when you’re about to orgasm, the level of oxytocin, a hormone increases by five times. The release of endorphins reduces aches and pains.

Increases immunity
Regular love making increases the body’s level of the immune-boosting antibody immunoglobulin A (IgA), which will make your body stronger against illnesses like the common cold and fever.

Reduces stress
Stressed out with work or family problems? Don’t let it affect your performance in the bedroom. Not only will having sex improve your mood, but a study has proved that folks who indulge in regular bedroom activities can handle stress better and are happier people generally.

Promotes longevity
When one has an orgasm, a hormone called Dehydroepiandrosterone is released, which improves your immunity and repairs tissue and keeps the skin healthy. Men who have at least two orgasms a week have live longer than men who have sex just once every few weeks.

Increases blood circulation
Because your heart rate increases when you’re having sex, fresh blood is supplied to your organs and cells. While used blood is removed, you also discard things from your body that cause you to feel tired.

You sleep better
Notice that just after you make love, the sleep you get thereafter is much more relaxed. Getting a good night’s sleep will make you feel alert and healthy overall.

Improves overall fitness
If you find going to the gym mundane or working out at home a task, here’s another way to help you lose the flab and keep in shape. Regular sex will do wonders for your waistline. Half an hour of love making burns more than 80 calories.

Increases your levels of estrogen and testosterone
In men, testosterone is what makes you more passionate in the sack. Not only will it make you feel way better in bed, but it is also known to improve your muscles and bones, keeps your heart healthy and a check on your cholesterol. Estrogen in women protects them against heart disease and also determines a woman’s body scent

Ways To Lighten Dark Private Skin

Dark skin in intimate areas is a cause of concern for many people. Although it is common and generally not a cause for concern, rare cases point to a condition called Acanthosis Nigricans. This condition causes dark, velvety skin and needs medical attention. It is recommended that one rule out the possibility of Acanthosis Nigricans before trying home remedies for skin lightening. Natural sources like aloe-vera, papaya, mulberry extract, citrus fruit, licorice root, soy milk and baking soda help lighten pigmentation. It is important to patch-test any remedy before trying it out.
Grooming is an essential part of most of our beauty regimes. Of all the parts of our body, looking after our private areas can be the most difficult. This is because skin down there is sensitive and prone to rashes, allergic reactions and dark spots. Dark skin in our intimate area is something most of us struggle with at some point in our lives. The beauty industry’s impossible standards when it comes to this can be a cause of stress and insecurity as well.
While it’s absolutely natural to have dark skin in our private areas, there are a few medical causes of it that must be considered.

Medical Causes Of Dark Skin In Private Areas

The overarching cause of dark private skin is a condition called Acanthosis Nigricans. This causes darkening and thickening of the skin almost to the point of it being velvety. There are several causes of Acanthosis Nigricans-the most common being obesity. Others include hyperinsulinaemia, cushing syndrome, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), total lipodystrophy, crouzon syndrome, hormone treatments, insulin, glandular disorders, corticosteroids, and heredity (African roots).
While Acanthosis Nigricans is not very serious, rare cases turn out to be tumor related and need medical attention. It’s always best to check with a professional to eliminate these causes of dark skin so as to get the best possible solution to your skin woe.
Dark skin that is not the result of a medical condition is often attributed to bad eating habits, smoking, excessive sweating and razors. However, there is no scientific evidence to back these claims.Dermatologists generally prescribe lightening creams, while beauty salons suggest bleach. If you’d rather try something natural, we have 6 ways to do it.

Natural Ways To Lighten Dark Private Skin

Aloe-vera both soothes and reduces pigmentation in skin1. Massage The Area With Aloe Vera Gel

From soothing burns to treating skin allergies- Aloe Vera is the go-to solution for most skin problems. Studies have linked its active ingredient aloin to skin lightening and depigmentation.
How To Use: You could buy the gel from a store or slice open a leaf and scoop out the gel yourself. Apply it on the area for 20 minutes and wash it off.

Mulberry extract inhibits skin darkening and melanin production2. Give Mulberry Extract A Shot

Although native to China, mulberry extract has gained popularity in the West owing to its skin-lightening properties. Studies have shown that the extract derived from mulberry leaves inhibits melanin and skin darkening. Its effects, however, are not as significant as that of kojic acid which is often prescribed for skin lightening. On the flip side, mulberry extract is less likely to cause skin irritation.
How To Use: Add mulberry oil to a base oil like coconut oil and massage it on your skin for 20 minutes before a shower.

Soy milk proteins depigment the skin3. Exfoliate With Soy Milk And Baking Soda

Baking soda is a staple across most kitchens and beauty regimes. It’s soft granular texture works well for gentle exfoliation. Proteins in soybeans (Bowman-Birk inhibitor and soybean trypsin inhibitor) help in depigmentation of the skin by inhibiting or reducing the transfer of melanin.
How To Use: Make a paste of baking soda and soy milk and gently scrub the pigmented area. Leave it on for 5 minutes and wash it off.

Papaya gently exfoliates and citrus lightens skin4. Use A Papaya-Citrus Pack

Papaya has featured in fruit bowls, face packs and funky recipes but it’s also very effective in skin-lightening. The fruit contains an enzyme called papain which gently exfoliates dead skin cells and reveals brighter skin. While both orange and green papaya are effective, the latter contains more of the enzyme. Citrus fruits, meanwhile, contain vitamin C that inhibit the production of pigments and act as a natural bleach. However, they are known to cause itchiness, rashes and skin allergies so if you decide to give the old ‘lemon-to-bleach’ trick a shot, it’s best to add it to something moisturizing.
How To Use: Add lime juice to papaya paste and apply it on the affected area for 15 minutes before washing it off.

Licorice inhibits melanin and lightens skin5. Use Licorice Root Regularly

Licorice inhibits a melanin-producing enzyme called tyrosinase and is hence effective in skin lightening. It’s often used to fade suntans as well.
How To Use: Add licorice root powder to water or rose water to make a paste. Apply this on the affected area for 15 minutes and wash it off.
As with most skin remedies, a patch-test is important. To ensure that you don’t add to your skin woes, test these remedies on your wrist to check for allergic reactions. Once you’ve found a remedy that works for you, follow it up regularly to see results.
A vagina loses its tightness when you are sexually active.  It keeps on getting loose and in that scenario, it can affect the relationships between couples.  A tight vagina is very important for a woman because it is helpful both, sexually and otherwise. To dispose of tissue, you can use few remedies to tighten your vagina muscles quickly.  These home remedies are safe to use and can dispose of different problems identified with genital area, which is a vaginal odor, an excess of white vagin...

How can I satisfy sexual needs and desires before marriage?

Posted by: Rapahel Siniora
Sex is something that is everywhere in society today. Unfortunately, our world tells us that to be socially relevant or to really prove we love someone, we need to be having sex. And it doesn't help that your body is going through a lot of physical and chemical changes as you mature during these years. Increased hormone levels are going to cause you to have sexual feelings, not to mention that your experience and knowledge is expanding every day, giving your mind things to think about that you never considered before. The truth is, though, that having or not having sex or what our sexual preferences are do not define who we are as people. There's so much more to us than that.Sometimes, sexual needs and desires are a symptom of something missing in our lives. Our innate need as humans is to be loved, to be wanted, and because of certain external things, those deep-rooted needs created in us by God can be turned into hurtful and painful things. People don't always choose sex to fulfill that desire for love and attention, but it's so easy to think that it is sex that will somehow make everything better.
God is love, and in our very human, imperfect state, He has made us to need Him. When we are told that love is equal to sex, then we start to think that we need sex in order to feel loved. Don't get me wrong though. Sex IS, within marriage, an expression of love, even an act of love—but it is not, in itself, love. When you are looking to treat the symptoms of sexual needs and desires, it might be worth while to look at it as a symptom, and not a cause. Does that make sense? Let me explain a bit more...
Our bodies need exercise and movement and physical growth in order to mature. As young people, we often have strong biological hormonal needs too. This, added to our desire to be loved, can create a perfect storm of both physical and emotional needs. Fulfilling all of the actual needs will help to treat the symptoms.First, to fufill your physical needs, you could work out through exercise, join a sport, or even just dance in your bedroom. All those strenuous physical activities will help alleviate the discomfort that comes with hormonal shifts. Second, a healthy diet can do wonders to balance our your hormones. Also, learning how to express emotions in a healthy manner is going to help overall too. Journaling, painting, singing, or doing anything else that you are passionate about can help that.
Finally, and most importantly, we must find a way to fulfill our need to be loved. Because our humanity deeply needs God, we can treat our symptoms only with that very need: God.Prayer, reading the Bible, taking part in Bible studies and Christian communities, worshipping God, and serving others—all these things can help fill that desire for love, for connection to something greater. God also created us to be communal people. Taking part in clubs, team sports, and groups at church can also help us by allowing us to have true, meaningful relationships with other people.Sexual needs and desires are not something to be just dismissed and pushed away. Yes, they are very real, and they WILL find their way to fulfillment one way or another. There is a reason that there is an addiction rate to porn of 1 in every 4 people. However, if we look at premarital sexual desires as a symptom and not a cause, it might make the struggle more bearable.
